All about Egypt vacations & Egypt travel deals & Egypt tour packages. And the local guide for the bus tour of Edinburgh, Sheila, was also very entertaining. All our guides, Ann, Victoria in London and Anne in Edinburgh, had been knowledgeable, entertaining and unflappable. We also enjoyed listening to the data supplied by the guide in London.\n\nThe motels we stayed in had been glorious, our coach for travel very comfy, our driver (Nigel) was terrific, and the local guide in Scotland (I imagine her title was Sheila) was so entertaining and fun. The accommodations had been great and our tour guide, Anne, was high notch.\n\nI significantly enjoyed the Scottish evening and the surprise visit to one of the cottages owned by Beatrix Potter (the cottage visit is unquestionably something I’d suggest Gate 1 hold in the program). All things thought of, I will positively be booking my next vacation with Gate 1!\n\nWe enjoyed the experience of being in a land where every little thing is so outdated, but nicely maintained compared to the U.S. Our guide, Ann, had a wealth of information about all the places we visited. My wife and I especially enjoyed just spending the time with our grandsons, and giving them the opportunity to see such marvelous places.\n\nThis was my first tour, but I was with a couple who have accomplished numerous tours over time and so they commented that they’d never had a tour manager pretty much as good as Ann. The tour guide in Edinburgh had a special cross to go through the Royal Terrace Gardens, even with the Queen in residence!
